You'll receive an OTP on your registered Pakistani mobile number — enter that to confirm your number and your BJ Baje account is active. The full process takes under 2 minutes. You must be 18 years or older to register. One account per person is allowed; duplicate accounts will be closed without notice.

The minimum age to register and play on BJ Baje is 18 years. You must confirm your age during registration. BJ Baje may request CNIC verification at any point to confirm identity and age. Identity verification (KYC) is a standard part of operating a secure platform. BJ Baje may ask for a copy of your CNIC to confirm your name, date of birth, and that you are the registered account holder. Verification is usually required before processing larger withdrawals. Verified accounts also benefit from faster withdrawal times. All documents submitted are stored securely and handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

Yes. Contact BJ Baje support at support@bjbaje.ws with your username, your current registered number, and the new number you want to use. For security, a verification step is required before the number change takes effect — support will walk you through it. Mobile number changes cannot be processed through the account settings page directly; they must go through the support team as an additional fraud-prevention measure.

Email support@bjbaje.ws and request permanent account closure. Before closing, withdraw any remaining balance — it cannot be claimed after the account is closed. If a match is abandoned before a valid result can be determined — for example, a T20I is washed out before either team's innings completes the minimum required overs — your bet stake is refunded in full to your BJ Baje account balance. If a match is completed using the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method, it is considered a valid result and bets are settled on that result.
