BJ Baje Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the BJ Baje website located at bjbaje.ws and any associated mobile interfaces or apps operated under the BJ Baje brand. By registering an account, logging in, or using any feature on BJ Baje — whether that's placing a cricket bet, joining a card game room, or tracking a live score — you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms.

BJ Baje reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make significant changes, we will notify registered users by email or through an on-platform notification. Your continued use of BJ Baje after a change is communicated constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically so you're always up to date.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming guidelines. Together, those documents form the complete agreement governing your relationship with BJ Baje.

02Eligibility & Age Requirements

To register and use BJ Baje you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. BJ Baje does not permit any person under 18 to register, deposit funds, place bets, or participate in any real-money game on the platform.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems, and bots are not permitted to hold BJ Baje accounts.
• You must not already have an active or previously suspended BJ Baje account. Each player is permitted one account only.
• You must provide accurate and truthful personal information during registration. BJ Baje may request identity verification documents at any time and your access to deposits and withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person. All accounts must be operated solely by the registered account holder.

BJ Baje actively implements age verification checks and may request proof of age — such as a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued ID — at any point during your account lifecycle. If you cannot provide satisfactory age verification, your account will be suspended and any balance held pending investigation.

03Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one BJ Baje account only. Attempting to create multiple accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, different names, or different devices — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and any balances forfeited.

3.1 Registration Information

When you register on BJ Baje you are required to provide your real name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a date of birth. The information you provide must be accurate and current. BJ Baje uses the mobile number provided for account authentication, bonus delivery, withdrawal notifications, and support communications — so providing a number you no longer use will cause problems later.

3.2 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your BJ Baje account credentials. This means choosing a strong, unique password and not sharing it with anyone. BJ Baje will never ask for your full password by email, SMS, or phone call. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately at support@bjbaje.ws so we can take protective action.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

BJ Baje reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any stage. This typically includes a copy of your CNIC, proof of payment method ownership (for example, a screenshot of the Easypaisa or JazzCash account registered in your name), and in some cases a selfie with your CNIC. Withdrawal requests may be held until satisfactory KYC documentation has been provided and approved. This process is in place to protect both our players and the integrity of the platform.

04Deposits & Payments

BJ Baje accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. All transactions are processed in PKR and there are no currency conversion charges applied by BJ Baje. The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits on BJ Baje:

Any third-party fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider on the sending side are not within BJ Baje's control and are your responsibility. BJ Baje does not accept deposits made from accounts that are not registered in your own name. Deposits from a third party's bank account, mobile wallet, or card are strictly prohibited and will be returned at BJ Baje's discretion.

05Withdrawals

BJ Baje is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit on standard accounts, though very large withdrawal requests (above Rs 500,000) may require additional verification and a processing time of up to 48 hours.

5.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account, subject to availability. BJ Baje does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts — the withdrawal destination must be an account registered in your own name and must match the name on your BJ Baje account.

5.2 Processing Times

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically completed in under 10 minutes for verified accounts. IBFT bank transfers may take up to 4 hours on business days. Card withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your issuing bank. BJ Baje processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Your account must have completed KYC verification before withdrawals above Rs 10,000 can be processed. Bonus funds that have not met the relevant wagering requirements (see Section 6) are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are satisfied. BJ Baje reserves the right to delay processing a withdrawal if an account is under investigation for potential Terms violations.

06Bonuses & Promotions

BJ Baje offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered, which will include a wagering requirement, time limit, and eligible games or markets. The following general bonus terms apply across all BJ Baje promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds are added to your BJ Baje wallet separately from your real-money balance and are labelled accordingly in your account dashboard.
• Wagering requirements must be completed using real-money bets first before bonus funds are applied. The standard wagering requirement on BJ Baje bonuses is 5x the bonus amount in qualifying bets unless specified otherwise on the promotion page.
• Qualifying bets for bonus wagering purposes are those placed on cricket, football, and card game markets with minimum odds of 1.50. Bets voided or cancelled for any reason do not count towards wagering requirements.
• Welcome bonuses are limited to one per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Any attempt to claim a welcome bonus multiple times using different accounts will be treated as a Terms violation.
• BJ Baje reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. This will not affect bonuses that have already been credited to an account prior to the change.
• Bonuses expire after 30 days from the date of crediting unless stated otherwise. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited.

07Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting markets on BJ Baje, including cricket betting, football betting, and any other sports markets offered on the platform.

7.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed on BJ Baje are final and cannot be amended or cancelled by the player after confirmation, except in cases where BJ Baje identifies a manifest error in the odds (see Section 7.3). Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed — if the odds change between the moment you select them and the moment you confirm, the revised odds at confirmation time apply.

7.2 Match Abandonment & Postponement

If a sporting event is abandoned before a result is possible, all pre-match single bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. For in-play bets, the applicable rule depends on how many overs or minutes of play have been completed at the time of abandonment. For cricket specifically: T20I and PSL in-play match winner bets are voided if fewer than 5 overs have been bowled per side; ODI bets are voided if fewer than 20 overs have been bowled per side. DLS-method results are accepted as official results for betting settlement purposes.

7.3 Manifest Errors

If BJ Baje publishes odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error — for example, a T20I match being listed at 100/1 on a team that is a clear favourite — BJ Baje reserves the right to void all bets placed at the erroneous odds and return stakes. BJ Baje will not profit from a manifest error and will handle such situations transparently with affected players.

7.4 Minimum & Maximum Stakes

The minimum bet on all BJ Baje sports markets is Rs 100. Maximum stakes vary by market and event. High-profile events such as Pakistan vs India ICC matches carry higher maximum stakes than standard bilateral series games. Contact BJ Baje support if you wish to place a bet exceeding the standard maximum limit shown in the bet slip.

08Card Games & Casino-Style Games

BJ Baje offers card games including Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Rummy, and other table games. The following terms apply to all card and casino-style games on BJ Baje:

• All card game results are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or by live dealer operations, depending on the specific game variant. BJ Baje does not manipulate outcomes.
• The minimum buy-in for card game rooms on BJ Baje starts at Rs 100. Table limits vary by room and are displayed clearly before you join.
• Any technical failure occurring during a card game hand that results in an incomplete outcome will be resolved according to the game's specific rules. In most cases, a disconnection during a live hand results in the player standing on their current position; stakes are not automatically forfeited due to a technical failure on BJ Baje's side.
• Players are not permitted to use external software, card counting aids, or any form of assistance that gives them an unfair advantage in card games. BJ Baje monitors for such behaviour and will take action including account suspension for confirmed violations.
• Ludo game rooms operate under standard Ludo rules. Any player found to be exploiting game bugs or using automated play software will have their account suspended.

09Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on BJ Baje and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and in serious cases referral to relevant authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one BJ Baje account, whether personally or in coordination with others.
• Fraud and identity theft: Registering using false identity information or using another person's identity documents or payment details.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in card game rooms to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
• Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers in a manner that falls outside the spirit of those offers, including matched betting specifically targeting BJ Baje bonuses.
• Money laundering: Using BJ Baje to deposit, move, or withdraw funds that are proceeds of criminal activity. BJ Baje is required to report suspicious transaction activity to relevant authorities.
• Chargeback abuse: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute on a deposit after using those funds to place bets on BJ Baje.
• Account sharing: Allowing another person to access or operate your BJ Baje account.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, or other automated tools to place bets or play games on BJ Baje.

10Account Suspension & Closure

BJ Baje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable suspicion of a Terms violation, fraudulent activity, or a risk to the platform or other players. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, BJ Baje may freeze an account balance pending investigation and cooperate fully with law enforcement and regulatory bodies.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily — including for responsible gaming reasons — may do so by contacting support@bjbaje.ws. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to the standard verification and processing conditions.

11Responsible Gaming

BJ Baje takes responsible gaming seriously. We believe that betting and gaming should be an enjoyable activity, not a source of financial stress or psychological harm. BJ Baje provides the following tools to help players stay in control:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased for 72 hours to prevent impulsive decisions.
• Session reminders: Set time reminders that notify you how long you've been active in a session.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion by contacting support@bjbaje.ws. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be inaccessible and you will not receive promotional communications.
• Reality checks: Optional periodic notifications during gameplay reminding you of your session duration and net betting activity.

12Privacy & Data Protection

• Your personal data (name, mobile number, date of birth, transaction history) is stored securely and is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
• BJ Baje may share account information with payment providers, fraud prevention services, and regulatory authorities as required by law or platform operations.

13Intellectual Property

All content on the BJ Baje platform — including but not limited to the BJ Baje logo, brand name, website design, game interfaces, odds displays, written content, and software — is the intellectual property of BJ Baje or its licensed suppliers. You are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any BJ Baje content without explicit written permission.

BJ Baje grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to scrape, copy, or commercially exploit any content or data from BJ Baje.

14Limitation of Liability

BJ Baje provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to keep the platform running smoothly and accurately, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. BJ Baje is not liable for:

• Any loss of data, winnings, or opportunities resulting from technical failures, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances outside BJ Baje's control.
• Decisions you make based on information displayed on the BJ Baje platform, including live odds, win probability indicators, or live score data, which are provided for information purposes only.
• Any losses incurred as a result of gambling activity on BJ Baje. By using BJ Baje you acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you participate voluntarily and at your own discretion.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking systems, or internet connectivity issues.

BJ Baje's total liability to any single player in any given calendar month shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player during that month. This limitation does not apply to liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by BJ Baje's negligence.

15Amendments to These Terms

BJ Baje may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will display a prominent notice on the BJ Baje platform and, where possible, notify registered users by the contact details held on their account. The date at the top of this document ("Last Updated") will reflect the most recent revision.

Your continued use of BJ Baje after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, your only recourse is to stop using BJ Baje and close your account in accordance with Section 10.
